Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Responsible for the research and development of formula technology for all semi steel tires;

2. Responsible for research and management of rubber mixing process;

3. Responsible for raw material development and research.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Engaged in the development and management of semi steel formulas for at least 8 years;

3. Familiar with the development principles and processes of various tire formulas;

4. Have certain management skills and experience;

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
